The Tennessee Wildlife Federation (TWF) through one of its education programs, the Tennessee Scholastic Clay Target Program (TNSCATP), hosted its 1st Annual Davis. P Rice Youth Waterfowl Hunt.  The hunt was the largest organized youth waterfowl hunt in the nation.
