Conservation Achievement Award Statuettes

These distinctive statuettes are made available only to National Wildlife Federation Affiliates as a benefit of affiliation.

Affiliates may place orders and send payment to David Lynn at Nova Blue Studio Arts. National Wildlife Federation will no longer accept orders or payments. Orders must be placed 8-10 weeks prior to your awards event or the statues may not be received when needed. The prices of the statuettes have increased for 2009. Starting January 1, the awards will cost $165 each. Payment in full must be made before shipping via check or money order. Shipping charges can be made using your FEDEX/UPS account. Nova Blue will accept only one order per state organization per year.

Blank brass citation plates can be purchased and engraved through Nova Blue Studios (call for pricing) or locally.

Please check the order upon arrival for shipping damage and contact the vendor within five days in order for him to file a damage claim. Notification after five days will result in your organization paying shipping both ways, and there may be a charge to you for the damaged repair. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

• 2009 Order Form - Use this form starting 1/1/2009.
