2012 Application for Affiliation

To complete a 2012 affiliate application, follow the instructions below. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your regional representative; Julie Lalo at 703-438-6326 or laloj@nwf.org; or Nicole Erickson at 703-438-6044 or ericksonn@nwf.org

1. Complete your 2012 application online by February 1, 2012. 
 
Note: Once you start the online application, you will not be able to save your work and go back to it. So please make sure you have all the information you need before starting the application process.

Amended bylaws and Articles of Incorporation:  If you have amended your bylaws and or articles of incorporation in the last year, please attach those amended documents to your online application.

Affiliate application fee:  The application fee for the 2012 application cycle is $37. To pay by credit card, please call Nicole Erickson at 703.438.6044.  To pay by check, simply close your browser and mail a check to National Wildlife Federation, Attn: Nicole Erickson, c/o Renewals; 11100 Wildlife Center Drive; Reston, VA 20190.
